Household Income Eligibility Form (Free/Reduced Meal Application)
LaFargeville Central School is participating in the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP). All children in the school will receive meals/milk at no charge regardless of household income or completion of the form below. This form will help the district with grant funding, along with helping your student(s) with other State & Federal program benefits that your student(s) may qualify for.
