Attention Juniors and Sophomores:
Through the Fort Drum RISE (Rural Initiative for STEM Excellence) Grant
LaFargeville Central School has the opportunity to take 10 students on a Field trip to visit the University of Rochester and Rochester Institute of Technology on Thursday, April 18. The bus will leave around 5:45 am and return around 7:00 pm.
To make the selection process fair: Preference is given to juniors, then sophomores. Juniors have until 3/25/15 to commit to the trip. The unclaimed slots then will be awarded to sophomores who sign up by 4/8/15.

Jefferson Leadership Institute Scholarships are now available.
Maximum of 3 scholarships will be awarded with a minimum amount of $1000 for the student's post-secondary education as well as mentorship from one or more alumni of the JLI program. The mentorship will take place during the senior year. Click here to download the application. Deadline is 4/1/2015

*Volunteer Service Opportunity: TIBA is looking for volunteers to assist with Family Fun Day on 6/20. You would have an opportunity to wear costumes of characters from PBS children's programming as you perform for children. You will also have an opportunity to assist children with a variety of craft activities.
